STONE’S GINGER WINE GREEN GODDESS SAUCE
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh herbs – chives , parsley, basil, tarragon, dill ( just a little its quite strong )
- 1/2 cup spring onion green tops chopped
- 2 tbs apple cider vinegar ( white balsamic or chardonnay vinegar )
- 3 tbs Stone’s Original Green Ginger Wine
- 1 avocado
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- a pinch cayenne optional
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Sea Salt & Pepper
Method
- Process all of the ingredients above until smooth and creamy, adjust seasoning to taste . If you need to thin it down add chilled water a couple of table spoons at a time to desired consistency .
- Or keep it thickish as a dip or to top fish or chicken tacos. For complete freshness store in a glass jar with fitted lid, cover a thin layer of olive oil on top and chill in the refrigerator.
