• 30mL Stone’s Original Green Ginger Wine
• 30mL Blind Tiger Organic Gin
• Slice of dried lemon

METHOD

This is the Bishop’s favourite. Mix well and serve over ice in an old fashioned glass, decorated with a slice of dried lemon.
