STONE’S SANGRIA

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bottle Stone’s
  • 3 bottles of red wine
  • 375ml St Agnes Brandy
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon
  • Pinch ground cloves
  • Peel of 1 orange
  • Peel of 1 lemon
  • 900ml water
  • Sugar to taste

METHOD

Add the cinnamon, cloves and peel to the water and boil for 15 minutes. Strain the liquid into a large pan and add the red wine, Stone’s and St Agnes. Add sugar to taste, and allow to cool before pouring over ice and sliced citrus. Ladle into punch glasses and enjoy.
