Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the rum and lime juice and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass. Stir in the Stone’s Premium Alcoholic Ginger Beer. Skewer the ginger slice and lime wheel and garnish the cocktail.
